JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serves as the main contact point for our retail sales locations and is the liaison for an assigned group of General Managers, Administrative Assistants and sales staff.
- Ensures that A/R & A/P invoices are processed in a timeline manner and that we have collected enough from the customer for subcontract work.
- Inputs commission/payroll information and ensures are sales staff are paid correctly.
- Ensures that loan docs are processed correctly, assists retail locations with any paperwork related questions they may have.
- Process customer refund requests.
- Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.
- Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals.
- Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years management experience required.
- Stable job history.
- One to Five years Sales/Retail Operations Experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skill Required, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs.
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER, ALL OF OUR STAFF STEP IN WHERE NEEDED AND FROM TIME TO TIME WEAR MULTIPLE HATS.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Self Starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a complex deadline oriented environment
- Prior experience processing mortgage loans is helpful.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receiveable.
- Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to Multi-task
- Well-developed customer relations skills.
