We want to speak to you if you are DRIVEN, SELF-DIRECTED, and ENTHUSIASTIC! Training is provided. Plentiful leads are provided daily. Compensation includes a base salary plus unlimited commission. Opportunities for bonuses within the first 30 days and an uncapped earning potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Hire, train, and develop a great team to ensure that they will remain long term productive employees.
  • Conducts regular training for sales center employees.
  • Act as a great leader and an owner.
  • Be engaged with your customers and your team.
  • Support your team to continually prioritize leads.
  • Help move transactions through the pipeline.
  • Ensure that processes are followed throughout the sales process.
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with lenders, installers, contractors and other vendors. 
  • Embrace the value of a great customer experience.
  • Maintain a pristine appearance of Sales Center to be customer friendly.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Sales Center employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training new employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Proven proficiency in time management.
  • Competent computer skills for navigating the company website, email, the CRM, etc.
  • Proficient with basic Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Sales License may be required or must be successfully completed within 90 days.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire respect and trust among employees.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Retail customer sales / large ticket sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Know the 5 B's: Be Professional, Be Productive, Be Organized, Be Focused, Be Great.

Saturdays are required, but sales centers are closed on Sunday.
