Status: Part-Time | Up to 30 hours per week | Monday–Friday, Flexible Schedule
Compensation: $19–$20 per hour, DOE *with potential for performance-based bonuses


About the Role

Alta Cima Corp dba Factory Expo Outlet Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to support warranty service requests for new homeowners. You'll play a critical role in coordinating repairs and ensuring high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and document homeowner warranty requests via phone, email, or mail; respond same day to confirm receipt.
  • Evaluate each service request and determine level of urgency.
  • Maintain and monitor outstanding service requests, with a target resolution time of 18 days or less.
  • Serve as liaison between homeowners, service vendors, and factory representatives.
  • Qualify and coordinate vendors to perform repair services in accordance with warranty coverage.
  • Maintain up-to-date warranty records, service logs, and claim reports.
  • Generate and distribute weekly warranty reports, track service completion status.
  • Review requests against warranty coverage and issue denial letters when applicable.
  • Organize homeowner welcome packets outlining the warranty process and expectations.
  • Submit check requests for vendor or customer reimbursements and record receipts accurately.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in home building, warranty service, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you catch what others miss.
  • Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Solid time management with an excellent track record of attendance and punctuality.
  • Team player who takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
