JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for assisting our licensed agents in obtaining prospective client information and setting initial quoting appointments via outbound calling efforts.  This is NOT a cold calling position.  The insurance appointment setter acts as a liaison between our affiliate’s dealership customers and our insurance agents.  While our agents are busy quoting and binding policies the insurance appointment setter is busy backfilling their calendars with new appointments.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Setting appointments for licensed agents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong computer skills.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
