JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER / ANALYST

COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum (+ opportunity for bonuses)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an important role on the operations teams.  The position will support various aspects of analytical and operational duties for the company. Candidates must possess strong analytical, statistical, and organizational skills. This position will contribute to the operations team by communicating effectively with retail locations to assist with their daily tasks; and by using operating data and reports to create metrics and trend analysis for the VP of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Serves as the main contact point for retail sales locations and as the liaison for a group of general managers, project coordinators and housing consultants.
• Reviews and approves invoices, refunds, customer satisfaction issues, to ensure accurate account reconciliation for each customer file.
• Reconciles customer files to verify accuracy in paperwork, funding, cost, and profits.
• Administers housing consultant commissions.
• Provides ongoing training to project coordinators.
• Offers quality service and effective operations support for all internal and external customers.
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes information from various sources such as computer data and sales history.
• Presents and advises management on findings.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively.  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for task.
• Adaptability to respond quickly to shifting needs and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
• Strong computer skills to use various programs needed for analysis.
• Analytical skills to process substantial amounts of data.
• Competency in at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, and dependable.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Initiative-taking and a desire to be the best.
